Instructions for Placing an Order to Receive Goods at the Store

Delivery Policy by Shipping Unit
Check goods, check for breakage, and correct product upon receipt of the order.
Your order will be delivered a maximum of 2 times (in case the first delivery is unsuccessful, a staff member will contact you to arrange a second delivery schedule). We will try to contact you again within the next 2 working days (via text message or direct call). If we cannot contact you or do not receive any response from you, the order will no longer be valid.
To check your order information or status, please contact Customer Service.
When the goods are delivered to you, please complete the payment and sign the confirmation with the delivery staff.

Geographical Limitations for Delivery

Obligations of the Carrier
The carrier is responsible for providing cargo documents upon delivery from the charterer.
Ensure complete and safe transportation of goods to the designated location, on time.
Deliver goods to the authorized recipient.
Bear the costs related to the transportation of goods, unless otherwise agreed.
Purchase civil liability insurance as required by law.
Compensate the carrier for damages in case the carrier loses or damages the goods, unless otherwise agreed or provided by law.
Rights of the Carrier
Check the authenticity of the goods, the bill of lading, or other equivalent shipping documents.
Refuse to transport goods that are not the same as the type of goods agreed upon in the contract.
Require the lessee to pay the full shipping fee on time.
Refuse to transport prohibited goods, dangerous, and toxic goods.
Obligations of the Charterer
Pay the full shipping fee to the carrier on time and in the agreed manner.
Provide necessary information related to transported goods to ensure the safety of transported goods.
Take care of the goods during transportation, if agreed. In case the lessee takes care of the transportation, and the property is lost or damaged, there will be no compensation.
Rights of the Charterer
Require the carrier to transport the goods to the agreed location and time.
Directly or appoint a third party to receive the goods that have been transported.
Responsibility for Damaged Goods During Transportation
For goods damaged during transportation, whether the order is shipped by the store itself or by a third party, we will be responsible for resolving the problem for the customer. Customers have the right to refuse to receive the product and request a return according to the "return and refund" policy. If any problems arise, we will work with the shipping partner to resolve compensation for the order according to the cooperation agreement between the company and the third party providing the shipping service.
Note: In case of a delivery delay, we will promptly inform the customer, and the customer can choose between canceling or continuing to wait for the goods.

Return Policy
Return Conditions:
1.1 Refund upon receipt: If you discover that the package is dented, not intact, or has incorrect recipient information, please refuse to receive the goods immediately upon receipt.
1.2 After receiving the goods and paying the shipping unit, you have the right to request a return when opening the package and discovering one of the following errors:
1.3 If the product is defective due to manufacturing, the return policy will be applied according to the brand. In other cases, we regret that we cannot support the return policy. The return policy is as follows:
Product packaging is torn or damaged during shipping.
Wrong product delivered, missing accessories, or missing gifts.
The product was delivered in the wrong color compared to the order.
Refund Method:
For orders returned due to a total order error, we support return and refund via bank account.

Return Method:

After completing the required information, within 72 hours, the customer service department will process and respond to whether the return request is valid or not.
3.2 If the return request is valid, within the next 48 hours, please choose the refund method according to the instructions on the website.

3.4 After 10 days from the date the order is confirmed for return if thecorsbeauty.com has not received the returned goods, thecorsbeauty.com will refuse to resolve any complaints and consider that the customer no longer needs a return for this order.
3.5 Upon receipt of the return, thecorsbeauty.com will conduct a check to ensure that the returned order meets the conditions in section 4.1. The customer will receive a notification within the next 7 days.
3.5.1 If the return is valid, the customer will receive the refund in their bank account within 5-15 working days. In case you do not have a bank account, thecorsbeauty.com will convert it into membership points with the corresponding value of the returned order.
3.5.2 If the return is NOT valid, thecorsbeauty.com will contact you to propose the next solution.
Valid Return Order:
Arrangements for exchange or refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please ensure all return request information is complete and accurate so that thecorsbeauty.com can assist with the refund in the shortest possible time.
4.1 Return Order Status:
The product is as described in the "Return Request" form and is in its original condition when received.
Orders must be returned with all items in the order, including purchases, accessories, and free gifts.
Each order can only request a return once.
4.2 A Return Order is Invalid if:
Information has not been provided or is incomplete/inaccurate compared to the "Return Request" on the website.
More than 10 days have passed since the return was confirmed but the returned goods have not been received.
The returned product is incorrect or incomplete, missing gifts, or items from the original order.
The product does not meet the return standards in section 4.1 after thecorsbeauty.com's review.
Wait for Refund:
If the returned product meets the conditions in section 4, within 5-15 days (except Saturday, Sunday, and holidays), thecorsbeauty.com will process the refund via a bank account or as membership points via the account you used to place the order.
