Return Policy
1. Return Conditions:
1.1 Refund upon receipt:
If the package is dented, damaged, or contains incorrect recipient information, please refuse to receive the goods immediately upon receipt.
1.2 Return after receipt:
If you discover any of the following issues after receiving the product and paying the shipping fee, you may request a return.
1.3 For manufacturing defects, the return policy will be applied according to the brand. In other cases, returns are not supported. The return policy applies in the following cases:
- The product packaging is torn or damaged during shipping.
- The wrong product was delivered, or accessories or gifts were missing.
- The product was delivered in the wrong color compared to the order.
2. Refund Method:
- For orders returned due to a total order error: Refunds will be processed via bank account.
- For partial order errors: We offer product exchanges (if in stock) or refunds via bank account.
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). After this period, returns will not be supported.
Follow the steps below for a valid return process.

- After submitting the form, customer service will review it within 72 hours and inform you whether your request is valid.
3.2 Refund procedure:
- If approved, please choose a refund method within 48 hours as instructed on thecorsbeauty.com.

3.4 Return Deadline:
If the returned product is not received within 10 days after return confirmation, the request will be automatically canceled.
3.5 Return Inspection:
After receiving the returned order, we will inspect it and notify you of the results within 7 days via your account.
3.5.1 If the return is valid, the refund will be processed within 5-15 business days via bank account or converted into membership points.
3.5.2 If the return is not valid, we will contact you with further solutions.
4. Valid Return Order:
Each return/refund request will be reviewed case by case. Please ensure that all return request information is complete and accurate for the fastest processing.
4.1 Valid return conditions:
- The returned product matches the details in the "Return Request" form and remains in its original condition.
- The order must include all items, such as purchased products, accessories, and gifts.
- Each order can only be returned once.
4.2 Invalid return conditions:
- Incomplete or incorrect return request information.
- The return is not received within 10 days of confirmation.
- The returned product is missing items or does not match the "Return Request" details.
- The product fails to meet return standards after inspection.
5. Refund Processing:
If the returned product meets the conditions in Section 4, the refund will be processed within 5-15 days via bank transfer or converted into membership points.
