Return Policy

1. Return Conditions:

1.1 Refund upon receipt:
If the package is dented, damaged, or contains incorrect recipient information, please refuse to receive the goods immediately upon receipt.

1.2 Return after receipt:
If you discover any of the following issues after receiving the product and paying the shipping fee, you may request a return.

1.3 For manufacturing defects, the return policy will be applied according to the brand. In other cases, returns are not supported. The return policy applies in the following cases:

• The product packaging is torn or damaged during shipping.
• The wrong product was delivered, or accessories or gifts were missing.
• The product was delivered in the wrong color compared to the order.

2. Refund Method:

• For orders returned due to a total order error: Refunds will be processed via bank account.
